1.01 Description

1.02 Submittals
- Shop drawings: Indicate dimensions, component sizes, installation details, attachment provisions and coordination requirements with adjacent work.
- Samples: Submit minimum 6" x 6" (156mm x 156mm) samples. Indicate full range of color and pattern variation. Samples shall be used to verify standard of work.
- Product data: Indicate product description, installation information and compliance with specified performance requirements.
- Maintenance data: Submit manufacturers care and maintenance recommendations, including recommended repair and cleaning instructions.
1.03 Delivery, Storage and Handling
- Deliver no components to project site until ready for installation. Store indoors.
- Handle materials to prevent damage to finished surfaces. Provide protective coverings to prevent physical damage or staining following installation for duration of project.
1.04 Quality Assurance
- Applicable performance standards: Standards of the following, as referenced herein:
- American National Standards Institute (ANSI) - Z-124.1,2,3,4 / ANSI A-112.19.7 & 8
- Applicable building codes
- Provide provision of evidence of certification to applicable standards.
- Allowable tolerances:
- Variation in component size: +/- 1/4" (6mm)
- Location of openings: +/-1/4" (6mm) from indicated position
- Installer qualification: Engage a duly qualified and experienced installer who has demonstrated successful installation of cast polymer products similar in material design, and to extent indicated for the project. The installer shall be approved by the manufacturer insofar as product warranty is maintained
1.05 Warranty
- Provide manufacturer's warranty.

3.01 Installation
- Install components plumb and level, scribe to adjacent finishes, in accordance with approved shop drawings and recommended installation instructions.
- Form field joints using manufacturers recommended adhesive.
- Attach sinks/bowls to countertops using manufacturers recommended adhesive and mounting hardware.
- Provide back splashes and side splashes as indicated on drawings. Attach to countertops using manufacturers recommended methods.
- Protect surfaces from damage during installation. Repair or replace damaged product that does not meet specifier's satisfaction.
- General contractor shall be responsible to protect product during subsequent construction activity.
