Master Specs

This Guide Specification was created as a free benefit to ICPA members to improve their business's opportunities in commercial markets. Phil Kabaza, the SpecGuy was contracted by the ICPA to create this document. During the Multi-Regional Workshop in Kansas City, Mo, in September 2011, attendees participated in a thorough workshop led by Phil Kabza detailing the purpose of this Guide Specification and how to use it correctly.
