Booth Assignments

All Exhibit Space Rental Agreements received before September 1, 2004 will be entered in the first round of booth placement, exhibit space assignments will be
determined by the POLYCON 2005 Point System. Spaces will be allocated according to the number of points accumulated by any one exhibiting company.
Points are accumulated by exhibiting and sponsoring events during previous ICPA trade shows and advertising in Cast Polymer Connection magazine and the
Resource Membership Directory. Applications received after September 1, 2004 will be assigned on a first-come, first-serve basis. A non-refundable deposit must accompany the application to reserve a location. Payment in full is required by October 17, 2004. If space is reserved by phone, reservations will be honored for 10 working days. If an executed contract and a 50% deposit are not
received within that 10-day time frame, the space will be released.

Supplier New Product Review - & Exclusive for Exhibitors

The Supplier New Product Review allows exhibitors to provide commercial overviews of new and improved products and services on the market. Over a dozen product reviews will be offered on the latest new products, equipment, and services. Taking place just prior to the opening of the exhibit hall, the New Product Review offers attendees a sneak peak at POLYCON exhibitors’ latest products and services.
